Join us on the 4th Sunday of each month at 10am for a balancing of the Chakras and a release of stress with Chakra Dancing.
This session will be facilitated by Dr Helen Ferrara.
Chakra dance is a holistic dance practice that enhances creativity through music and colour.
No dance experience is necessary, nor any knowledge of the chakras.
Dance like no one is watching to reveal a deep connection of body, spirit and mind, and allow yourself to experience your innate wholeness.
